Important: All of our birthday party packages are intended to provide an outstanding party experience for the children party guests only. The size of the room and food inclusions cater only to the children attending and are not meant to accommodate large numbers of adults. Should you wish to have extra space and food provided for all your adult guests, you must contact Karen Elsworth at karen@chatterspartyplace.com to obtain a special event quote. √  To provide a fun, clean, hassle-free environment to entertain
    your family and guests
√  To provide you with a private party room(s) for 2 hours
√  To provide all party supplies and utensils for any food or
    drink items that Chatters serves, or for cake you bring in.
√  To serve your food promptly to the children at a time
    specified by you
√  If applicable.to provide 1 slice of pizza OR 1 hotdog per child
    attending If the party. Should additional food be required, it
    can be purchased for an extra $10.99 (per tray of 8 hotdogs),
    or $11.99( per 10 slice pizza)
√  To deliver your cake to the party room at a time specified by
    you (we light the cake and sing too...if that's your preference!)
√  To clean up all waste from the party
√  To charge an additional $50 per hour for use of the party
    room above and beyond the 2 hour allotment
√  To charge $5 per adult for each adult exceeding the number
    of children party guests. Ie. If there 15 party guests, we will
    allow 15 adults free of charge...each adult above 15 will incur
    this additional charge). See above "important" message
√  To offer 1 tea or coffee for adults attending the party
√  To allow you to bring in outside food items into your party
    room, as long as they are NUT CONSCIOUS products
√  The right to charge a $15 storage fee for any parties wishing
    to bring in outside food & drinks where additional party
    supplies, kitchen storage and garbage removal is required
√  To charge an additional cost per child over the 8 guests
    included. Should your party size exceed 20 children, you will
    be automatically charged for 2 party packages
√  To offer recommendations and advice on any additional
    party services that you may require
√  To give you a brief follow up call at least 2 days prior to your
    party date to confirm all arrangements and the no# of
    guests attending.



√  To promptly pay your mandatory deposit upon booking to
     ensure your time slot is reserved
√  To provide a confirmed number of party guests at least 1 week
     prior to party date (If you have ordered loot bags, genders &
     ages will also be required)
√  To provide us with your party food selections upon booking and
     to give us at least 48 hours in advance if there is any change
√  To ensure all children and adult party guests are WEARING
     SOCKS
√  To not show up for your party time until 15 minutes before.
     Note: If room is not previously booked, you can arrive as
     early as you wish. Please call first.
√  To notify us as soon as possible if any child within your
     party has a serious nut or food allergy
√  To provide proper supervision for all children attending the
     party. A person must be 16 yrs of age to supervise.
√  To take any necessary steps to prevent rough or horse play
     on the playground
√  To promptly exit your party room by the scheduled "end"
     time, so that your party hostess can begin to prepare it for
     the next arrival
√  To ensure we remain a NUT CONSCIOUS facility by limiting
     certain outside food & drink items into the building,
     ESPECIALLY Tim Horton's products.
√  To pay the balance of your bill on the day of your party
    (we suggest about ½ way through your party time as we
     know it can get very distracting towards the end as you
     load up your car and are enjoying playing catch up with
     other parents)
√  To not bring your pets, or any alcoholic beverage onto the
     premises
√  To not smoke in the building or right in front of our door
