We offer an array of popular party extra's to suit every taste bud and complete of all of your event needs. If it's not on our Party Extra Menu, please don't be afraid to ask, as we will always do our best to accommodate! Our event coordinator will discuss any additional options with you, and provide you with a customized quote specific to meet those needs.

Important: The Weekday, Classic, and Mega Birthday Party Packages are intended to provide an outstanding party experience for the children party guests only. The size of the room and food inclusions cater only to the children attending and are not meant to accommodate large numbers of adults. Should you wish to have extra space and food provided for all your adult guests, you must contact Karen Elsworth at karen@chatterspartyplace.com to obtain a special event quote.

• All prices do not include applicable taxes
• You are solely responsible for the supervision of your party guests while at Chatters.
Please ensure you bring a complete guest list with last names and contact numbers
of all the children attending your party.
• All parties include 8 children, INCLUDING the birthday child
• An extra charge will be added for each additional child over 8 guests,
   should your party exceed the maximum as outlined within the brochure
• A mandatory deposit of $25 (Weekday) / $50 (Classic) / $75 (Mega),
$25/$50 (Room Rental) is required to complete this reservation
• A full refund will be issued on cancellations made 14 days prior to your
   party date
• Parties cancelled within 13 days or less to your party date can be
   rescheduled, but no refund will be given
• All attendees must wear socks in the playground, including adults
• No outside food or beverage (unless pre-arranged with your event
   coordinator upon booking)
•  You are responsible for removing all your personal belongings from the
   party room after your party
• The person or persons booking the party are solely responsible for the
supervision and safety of all the invited children. Be sure to have extra
support (adults) to assist you in running your party safely and smoothly.
   We recommend a 1 to 8 ratio of adult to children. Parents are responsible
   for redirecting inappropriate play and/or behaviours.
• We do not accept personal cheques or $100 bills
• You may have the same amount of "Adult" guests to attend free of charge
   as the number "Children" guests, invited to the party. A $5 fee per adult
   will be charged for any adult Numbers exceeding amount of party guests
• We charge an additional $15.00 food storage fee for any outside food &
   beverage brought in to the party rooms that is not provided by Chatters
   (not incl. birthday cake)
• We charge $60.00 / hour additional to extend your party time over the 2
   hour party package limit
• Prices are subject to change without notice by owner/operator
